Refund and Return Policy

Hey! Thanks for supporting Never Better by grabbing some merch. Since we’re a local band and all our gear is printed on-demand, here’s how we handle returns if something goes wrong.

If Your Merch Shows Up Messed Up

Look, we get it – nothing’s worse than getting a shirt you’ve been excited about only to find it’s damaged or the print looks terrible. If that happens, we’ve got your back.

We’ll fix it if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • The print quality sucks or is messed up
  • We sent you the wrong thing
  • It doesn’t look like what you ordered

We can’t help if:

  • You changed your mind about the design
  • You ordered the wrong size (double-check before you order!)
  • You damaged it yourself

What to Do

Hit us up within 30 days of getting your order. Just email us at neverbettergp@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Some photos showing what’s wrong
  • Quick description of the issue

We’ll get back to you within a day or two and either send you a new one or refund your money. You don’t need to ship the messed up item back to us.

The Deal with Custom Stuff

Since everything gets printed just for you when you order it, we can’t take stuff back just because you changed your mind. All our merch sales are final unless we screwed something up on our end.

Refunds

If we need to refund you, it’ll go back to whatever card you used and should show up in 5-7 business days. Canadian orders get refunded in CAD.
